Invitation to Health is based in Wyoming in the Central Coast of New South Wales. We are just one hour north of Sydney and an hour south from Newcastle. We are also conveniently situated near the Pacific Highway. Gosford Rail Station is just 1.5 kilometres away with a regular bus service (number 40).

By car, find us from the F3 (take the Kariong, Woy Woy, Gosford exit) or Pacific Highway. From the F3, follow signposts to Gosford which will take you past Mt Penang Exhibition area and down Kariong Hill into West Gosford. Turn left into Racecourse road after the Golden Arches and follow this road round past the Gosford District hospital, crossing over the railway and continuing on to Henry Parry Drive. Turning left you will see the centre after two street crossings.

If you are travelling southbound down the Pacific Highway, the road filters left into Henry Parry Drive at Wyoming. From the Entrance or Terrigal, Henry Parry Drive may be entered in East Gosford.
